Over-sized bombs pregnant with explosives
the latest craze
it’s all the rage
from network news
to the front page.

Over-sized moms pregnant with possibility
wonder; why we have
taken her name in vain?
Obscenely using
the majesty of her title
to describe a bomb
whose only purpose
is to extinguish life juxtaposed to a
mother’s only purpose of giving life.
Is this what we have
become?
Is this the best
we can do?
The best
we can be?
What has become of. pregnant moms?
mother’s milk?
mother’s love?
is that not
the sustainer
of us all?
Massive ordinance
falling from the sky
dealing death,
destruction, and mayhem
to all in its path.
Hardly the act
of any real mother
in every respect of the word.

Talk may be cheap
but bombs are really
fucking expensive.

Mothers of the world:

time to unite
time to decry
time to deny
any future
for combatants
who’s only way
of responding
to grievances
is casting the largest stone.

Mother’s please, It’s is up to you
to stop the destruction
of life as we know it.
You have the power
Remind those who think
otherwise that they do not.
It may be time
for draconian measures:
Close your legs
It could just be the
only solution.
